The tenant allows the real estate agent and the landlord`s co-manager to access the property in order to show potential tenants or buyers in the 60 days prior to the end of the lease at an appropriate time and communication to the tenant. The lessor and the tenant accept and acknowledge that any information or condition relating to the tenancy or the condition that the property may be leased is not an obligation or a debt issued against a party under that sub-party or against related brokers or sellers, which arise from any form of information related to the property. The tenant must have and maintain a standard rental plan of the insurance policy on site for the duration of the rental contract, and the tenant must provide a copy of the insurance policy to the owner on the date of possession or before the date of possession. The tenant agrees to submit the credit report, the work letter and the tenancy agreement by appointment with the acceptance of the tenancy. “without Saturday, Sunday – Statutory holidays” on the tenant`s personal history and/or credit. The tenant agrees to authorize the lessor to a personal credit investigation.
Unless the landlord informs the tenant in writing or in accordance with other provisions relating to the notification of the lease or on a scheduled date, that this condition is met, this offer is null and void and the deposit is fully refunded to the tenant without deduction.
